Board and Business Meetings should be submitted through the online proposal submission system. The system will open on September 15th, 2017 and close on October 16th, 2017.
- Submitted by an official AAFCS entity (community, committee, affiliate, council, etc.), a proposed AAFCS Community, or group related to AAFCS (FCSEA, CAFCS, etc.). Preference will be given to AAFCS entities.
- Is no longer than 60 minutes (if more time is requested, AAFCS will honor that request based on availability).
- MEETINGS HELD ON SATURDAY, SUNDAY, AND WEDNESDAY ONLY, OR FROM 7AM-8AM OR 6PM-8PM ON MONDAY AND TUESDAY.
