Board and Business Meeting Guidelines

Board and Business Meetings should be submitted through the online proposal submission system. The system will open on September 15th, 2017 and close on October 16th, 2017. 

  • Submitted by an official AAFCS entity (community, committee, affiliate, council, etc.), a proposed AAFCS Community, or group related to AAFCS (FCSEA, CAFCS, etc.). Preference will be given to AAFCS entities. 
  • Is no longer than 60 minutes (if more time is requested, AAFCS will honor that request based on availability). 
  • MEETINGS HELD ON SATURDAY, SUNDAY, AND WEDNESDAY ONLY, OR FROM 7AM-8AM OR 6PM-8PM ON MONDAY AND TUESDAY.
